B1bee

B1bee B.V. · The Hague · since 2023

Software for sellers who run their own Amazon business.

We sell on Amazon across Europe and the UK ourselves. The tools we built to keep our catalog, freight, reports and bookkeeping straight are the products we now offer to other sellers, 3PLs and prep centres. The engineering behind them, integrations, marketplace APIs and mobile, is available to other software companies as a service.

Two products

Built for the unglamorous parts of selling on Amazon.

SaaS · web app · with FreightNI

EasyReports

One workspace for sellers running stock off-site: product catalog with landed cost and margin per marketplace, replenishments and freight, and the Amazon reports your operations team keeps asking for, pulled straight from the SP-API across 15 marketplaces.

Google Sheets add-on · free

Disburse for Amazon

Turns an Amazon disbursement report into a clean summary by sales, subscriptions, storage, shipments, commissions and reserves, ready to export as PDF and book in Xero or any other accounting package.

EasyReports

Run your global Amazon ops from one screen.

EasyReports started as our own report downloader and grew, together with the UK freight forwarder FreightNI, into a full operations workspace. It connects to Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads, keeps every product record in one place, and gives warehouses and sellers the same view of stock, replenishments and money.

Free warehouse tier. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial, no card needed. All 15 marketplaces on every paid plan.

Getting started

Create an account with your email and phone number, set a password and confirm the device with the code you receive.

Choose your organisation

Create one, or pick from the list if you belong to several.

Authorise your markets

In organisation settings, authorise the app for your Amazon region through Amazon's own login, then switch on the marketplaces you sell in.

Work

Dashboards, catalog, warehouse operations and reports are in the left menu from the first login.

Your data stays yours. Reports are downloaded from Amazon's APIs for your organisation only, stored in segregated databases on Microsoft Azure, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never aggregated across sellers. Read the privacy & security statement, the terms of service and the refund policy.

Disburse for Amazon

Your Amazon payout, explained to your accountant.

Amazon pays out one number every two weeks. Behind it sit sales, refunds, subscription fees, storage, shipping, commissions and reserves. Disburse is a Google Sheets add-on that groups a disbursement report into those categories so the payout can be booked correctly, in Xero or anywhere else.

  1. Install the add-onIn Google Sheets, open Extensions → Add-ons → Get add-ons and search for “Disburse for Amazon”.
  2. Paste a disbursement reportExport it from Seller Central for the settlement you want to book.
  3. Create the summaryDisburse → Create Disbursement Summary groups every line by category.

Services

Engineering for software companies that need to connect.

Three things we do for other companies, remotely and in English, with the same engineer who built the products above. Eighteen years of shipping software, eleven of them as CTO of a multi-tenant SaaS used by energy and telecom enterprises in nine countries.

Integration engineering

Integrations for SaaS and marketplace platforms

Connectors, sync engines, public APIs and webhooks, and the partner-marketplace listings that get a product distributed.

  • Amazon SP-API and Ads API: reports, orders, inbound and AWD shipments, catalog, listings, across all marketplaces
  • Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zapier: two-way sync, triggers and actions, SSO
  • Partner listings: Amazon Appstore, Zapier, Salesforce AppExchange, Shopify
  • Accounting and payments: Xero, Stripe; alerts to Slack

Format: fixed-scope project, or a fractional integration lead on a fixed number of days per month who owns your API, connectors and partner listings.

Technical due diligence

Technical due diligence for investors and acquirers

An independent read of a software company's architecture, code, security, infrastructure, team and roadmap before money changes hands, or a readiness review for founders preparing to sell.

  • Architecture, scalability and cloud cost
  • Code quality, test coverage, tech debt with a cost-to-fix estimate
  • Security, GDPR, open-source licence exposure
  • Team, key-person risk, release process

Format: fixed price, ten working days, written report with a red-amber-green summary on page one. Done from the buyer's side of the table by someone who has sat on the seller's side of one.

Mobile modernisation

Xamarin to .NET MAUI, and other legacy mobile migrations

Xamarin support ended in 2024. We move business apps to .NET MAUI without losing the offline data, the store listings or the users, and keep them released afterwards.

  • Assessment first: what to migrate, what to rewrite, what to drop
  • Fixed-scope migration, store re-release on iOS and Android
  • AngularJS to Angular, and older native apps, on the same model
  • Optional maintenance retainer for yearly OS and store changes

Format: paid assessment, then a fixed-price migration. Mobile since 2011, MAUI in production today.

Remote, English or PortugueseBased in The Hague, CET. Async by default, calls when they help.
Fixed price or fixed daysProjects are quoted; retainers are a set number of days per month. No open-ended hourly billing.
Audited habitsISO 27001 practice from 2015 to 2024. NDA on request; your code stays in your repositories.

Company

A software company that also sells on Amazon, on purpose.

B1bee B.V. was founded in The Hague in 2023 to do two things: sell private-label products on Amazon in the EU and the UK, and build the software that a small seller needs but cannot buy off the shelf. Every feature in EasyReports and Disburse exists because we needed it for our own Amazon business or a partner did for theirs.

EasyReports is developed by B1bee and operated with FreightNI Ltd, a freight forwarder and prep centre in Northern Ireland whose warehouse runs on it every day. Disburse came out of our own quarterly bookkeeping. The same engineering, integrations, marketplace APIs and mobile, is what we offer other software companies as a service.
